We use DPD as our trusted delivery partner to deliver our banners and other signage and exhibition products. Everything we send out is ‘white label’ and contains branding or reference to Monkey Banners or The Mina Group.
All our shipments are packaged well and should reach you in perfect condition.
Our delivery service is tied-in with our production turnaround time and although we label this charge ‘delivery’, it also covers all packaging materials used.
Please be aware that our delivery and turnaround times are separate. Our turnaround time is usually between 3-4 working days (depending on the items ordered) unless you have opted for our Express Production Service and all of our orders are dispatched using a Next Working Day delivery service.
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a text and email from DPD to your chosen telephone number and email address confirming the parcel has entered the DPD network. On the day that your parcel is scheduled for delivery, you will receive a text or email from DPD before 11am containing your parcel’s one-hour delivery slot window.
